4:45 pm - Graduates arrive at the school for rehearsal
5:30 pm - 6:15 pm - Hors d'oeuvres & beverages will be served in the auditorium for graduates and their parents/guardians only (there will not be a dinner)
6:15 pm - Graduates will be instructed to get their gowns on.
At that time, pictures can be taken with parents, family & friends
6:45 pm - Graduates go to the Drama studio to prepare for the beginning of the program
7:00 pm - The graduation ceremony will begin in the gym
Light refreshments will be served in the auditorium to all guests immediately
after the ceremony.
Reminder: There is parking on both sides of the school. SPACE WILL BE LIMITED! Encourage families to carpool with one another.
Early arrivals, please park in the back soccer field area, weather permitting.
Parking attendants will be available to give directions.
